The Fiji Nursing Council is honored to announce the convening of its 30th Council Meeting, a landmark event in the history of nursing regulation and professional development in Fiji.
This prestigious annual gathering will take place on 9th and 10th September 2025 at the Ministry of Health Compound, Suva. The meeting will be officially opened by the Permanent Secretary for Health and Medical Services, who serves as Chairperson of the Fiji Nursing Council.
All Council members, senior nursing executives, representatives from the Ministry of Health and Medical Services, nursing education institutions, professional nursing associations, development partners, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders are cordially invited to attend.
The two-day meeting will provide a critical forum for in-depth discussion of pertinent nursing issues, including regulatory updates, workforce planning, education standards, patient safety, ethical practice, and strategic priorities to advance quality healthcare delivery nationwide.
