The Fiji Nursing Council (FNC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Medical Services (MoHMS), is delighted to announce the induction programme for our newest cohort of registered nurse graduates.
This meaningful event will take place from Monday 16th to Friday 20th March at the RB Harbour Point Convention Centre in Lami. Sessions will run each day from 8:00 am to 4.00 pm.
The programme offers a thorough and supportive introduction to professional practice in Fiji’s health system. Over the five days, new graduates will gain essential knowledge of workplace policies, clinical procedures, patient safety standards, and the values that underpin compassionate, high-quality care.
This induction is an important step in helping our young nurses transition confidently from study to service, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute to the health and wellbeing of communities across the country.
